Solid home:
This house was built to last, with 12-inch masonry interior and exterior walls and concrete floors and ceilings on both levels. The lower level has wonderful terra cotta floors.
Vintage details:
The home has most of the original design details from the 40s and 50s. (yep, that includes an original pink tiled bathroom 😉). Its interesting to sit in the living room and imagine what it was like in 1940. we plan to keep all the vintage feel intact but update where it makes sense.
Outside
The house feels private with a circular driveway and large 3/4 of an acre lot. The oak trees tower over the house. Feel free to explore, but walk carefully in the back yard. It can be uneven in parts.

This is an older home (over 85 years old) and we are working to make it grand again. All proceeds from our Airbnb rentals are rolled back into home upgrade projects.
