The Round House is a unique construction inspired by Mayan buildings, with a round structure, well lit and ventilated from all angles.

The house was created as a place of family and coexistence for friends. It has a huge garden, two floors of construction and a beautiful terrace. It has a dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, high ceilings, air conditioning and an interior spiral staircase and an exterior wooden staircase. Fiber Optic Internet

The space
La Casa Redonda is located in the town of Manuel Antonio Ay, 32 kilometers from Tulum and 12 kilometers from the Mayan archaeological zone of Cobá. The Tulum-Cobá highway is known as the “Ruta de los Cenotes” (Cenotes Route) and is the access road to different natural points of interest such as the cenotes belt, tourist parks (such as Xcaret and Xelha) and archaeological parks both to the coast of the Rivera Maya, and inland, easily connecting with the ruins of Cobá, Ek Balam, Chichen Itza, and Tulum. Valladolid and Tulum, both magical towns, have international restaurants, shops and lovely places to enjoy.

It is close to Tulum beach and all the tourist attractions in the area, but far from the hustle and bustle of growing tourism. The area where it is located is cooler because it is surrounded by vegetation, so you will be in full contact with nature.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire property during their stay.

Other things to note
Enjoy the birds and starry skies from the upper terrace, you'll love it. The house is located in a jungle area, so you may encounter butterflies, insects, and other animals, most of them totally harmless. During the rainy season, there may occasionally be power and internet outages, which are external services that are beyond our control.
