"Oceanside" is the name of our lower Sayan Beach pool area. Amenities include a Large cantilevered pool, Jacuzzi, Gym, Spa. The Oceanside Restaurant and Bar are open from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. Services include Room Service (best of all the prices are extremely affordable)!
The Rooftop Lounge, bar and pool, sundeck, and jacuzzi are amazing and you won't want to leave! 365 degree views in all directions.
All guests must be individually listed at check-in to be allowed onto the property. Please send a list of full names of every guest prior to your arrival. There is a beach access, but all check-ins must be done from the front entrance on Calle Santa Barbara 466.

"Sayan Beach" offers bar and restaurant service on the ground floor as well as on the rooftop. The bar and restaurant do not take cash. We ask that you pay a tip when settling all bills. Staff appreciates if you pay in pesos, as they get the money immediately rather than wait.

You can pay with a credit card at the end of your stay ( Credit card terminal fees do apply) Our concierge PVRPV will assist you with setting up a tab upon check in and settling the tab upon your departure.

Prices on the menu add TAX 16% and the card commission (We do not accept cash for payment of restaurant bills. Only Tips are payable in cash.

As you charge for food and bar, we would need you to clearly print your name, the unit number 3D & signature for all food and bar purchases, keep these receipts, and then add them together for payment at the end of your stay. The building should have an accounting of your charges at the end of your stay.

PVR AIRPORT

At the airport, you must pick up your luggage and exit to the arrivals area. We suggest you get pesos from the ATM at the airport upon arrival and exit into the Arrival hall (just before you leave to catch your transportation to Sayan Beach). As you depart customs and immigration with your luggage, you must go through a corridor with timeshare vendors and taxi services. Please disregard them.

Travel time by taxi is approx. 30 min depending on traffic. You will only see the ocean at the last minute. A tip is expected and appreciated.

PVRPV can arrange transportation by van to and from the airport. Once you book the apartment, details will be provided which will tell you how to book with PVRPV.

Uber: If you want to book an Uber, exit the arrival hall to the outside doors and turn left. Go to the end of the airport building and turn left again. You will need to walk across the pedestrian bridge -up the ramp and across the highway to the opposite side -and the drivers pick you up right along the end of the ramp. It is super easy and probably the cheapest and most efficient mode of transportation.

TAXI: If you want an airport taxi, buy a ticket at the booth. Fares are by Zones. We are Zone 2, tell them where you are going to Santa Barbara 466 and show the map, and get a receipt You will keep one receipt copy, and your driver will give one to the clerk as you exit the airport. This is your assurance against being overcharged.

Check-In is normally 4:00 pm. Special arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis to check-in earlier, for example, if the previous guests have already checked out and the condo is clean and ready for you.

Please be advised that guests arriving at Puerto Vallarta must ensure they plan to arrive no later than 9:00 pm on any given day. Guests who arrive after 9:00 pm will incur an additional charge of $25.00 US -which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check-in. Likewise, the same additional fee of $25.00 US cash applies for check-in before 8:00 am. This fee is applied for flight delays, traffic, etc. But is subject to prior Check-outs and Check-ins from other guests.

Check-out is normally 11:00 am but early check-out is permitted; however, please be advised that guests departing Puerto Vallarta must ensure they plan to check-out from UNIT 9F at 11:00 am.
Prior to check-out, please ensure your bar/restaurant bill is paid. Visit the restaurant on the ground floor between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. Depending on your travel plans, you may settle your bar/restaurant bill the night prior to your departure.
