My apartment is 200m from the beach facilities and from a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzeria, bar and entertainment venues.
It is located 10 minutes walk from the city center (600m).
There is no elevator but it's at the first floor.
WiFi, sheets and towels provided, iron, toiletries and hairdryer. New and full equipped kitchen.
I have one private parking lot or there is also public and free parking on the street..

The space
Fully air conditioned apartment, equipped with Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle). Railway is close to the apartment but my apartment and its rooms are facing the opposite side, so the train hassle is not too noisy.

Modern and functional furnishings, comfortable and renovated with a living room and dining room, with sofa and Smart TV.
Two bedrooms: one with a king size bed and another with a single openable bed as shown in the pictures. If necessary, I offer a baby cot and an high chair as well.
There is heating system for the winter months.
There is also a small balcony with a sink where you can wash and hang clothes.
The apartment has no elevator, it is on the first floor of the building. Access from the road is guaranteed through a gate. All details and information are available at the time of booking or before checking-in.

The house doesn’t have an elevator; the apartment can be reached through a gate which lets you walk down the external courtyard, walk to the main door of the building and go up to the first floor where the apartment door is located.

Other things to note
Railway is close to the apartment but my apartment and its rooms are facing the opposite side, so the train hassle is not too noisy.
