Casa Fionn, a beautiful holiday home, only 20 mins walk to the beach, is a comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, sleeping up to 6 people, as it also features a double sofa bed in the sunroom. Private parking space with electric gate. The community pool is a few metres away. The kitchen is bright and well-equipped, the living room is comfortable and modern, with access to the sunroom and dining room, as well as the outdoor space with bbq, sunbeds and jacuzzi. The space
Casa Fionn is a beautiful holiday home situated on the Golf Resort in Caleta de Fuste and only 20 minutes walk to the nearest beach and shopping centre. It is a comfortable 2 bedroom semi detached house, sleeping up to 6 people, as it also features a double sofa bed in the sunroom, which can be completely closed off to serve as a large bedroom. There is a private parking space with electric gate, as well as on-street parking.

The main bedroom upstairs has a kingsize double bed, plenty of wardrobe storage, and features a small balcony with views of the ocean, the golf course, and Caleta de Fuste. The second bedroom has twin beds (which can also be joined to create a large double bed), a large wardrobe and a lovely view out to the garden. Both bedrooms are comfortable, sunny and bright, and have large ceiling fans. The spacious family bathroom has a bath with shower and all the bathroom necessities for your stay, including large, fluffy towels. The second bathroom downstairs features a large walk-in shower.

The kitchen is large, bright and well-equipped with lots of space for meal preparation, and lovely views out to the garden.

The living room is comfortable and modern, with sofas to relax and a 55” Smart TV with IPTV for a wide selection of channels, movies and apps. From the living room, you have access to the sunroom / relaxation room, and the beautiful Canarian themed dining room, with large table and space for 6 people.

Outside, you will be spoiled with the large private patio. Relax on the sunbeds or in the jacuzzi, and enjoy some afternoon drinks and snacks on the private lower level seating and dining space. For those evenings that call for a BBQ, there is a large Weber kettle drum barbecue for your use.

The fabulous community pool is only metres away from Casa Fionn with the entrance gate on the same pathway and it is accessed with a security card. There are sunbeds and parasols available, as well as WCs and showers and there is also a separate small children’s pool.

Caleta de Fuste is a short distance from Casa Fionn, where you can find beautiful beaches, great restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as a variety of shops and a lovely marina. For a taste of adventure, there are many activities available such as scuba diving, snorkelling, surfing, paddle boarding, aqua park, jet skis, glass bottom boat, catamaran tours, and trike tours, among others. Atlantico Shopping Centre is only 20 minutes walk away from Casa Fionn, and here you can find a Spar supermarket as well as shops, bars and restaurants and in front is a lovely beach with a great lagoon for swimming.

For the keen golfers, the Fuerteventura Golf Course and the Elba Palace Hotel are only minutes away, where you can book your tee time, rent your equipment and practice on the driving range. Enjoy a refreshing drink afterwards, overlooking the course.
