Some important details to keep in mind:
- The pools are closed for maintenance on Mondays.
- Our opening hours are from 6:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
- Please refrain from swimming during a lightning alert.
- Exclusive access is reserved for registered guests only (2 guests are free of charge)
- Proper swimwear is required.
- We kindly ask that no food, drinks, or pets be brought to the pool deck area.
- For safety reasons, inflatables are not permitted, and there is no lifeguard on duty.
- Outdoor open spaces are open for enjoyment at no extra charge.
*Important information*: The pools may be closed for special or exclusive events, in compliance with government regulations (e.g., health protocols), and in similar circumstances.
In addition, please keep in mind the following:
- The room does not include a washing machine.
- Daily housekeeping, as seen in hotels, is not provided.
- If you need laundry services, please inquire with the administration for recommended options.
- While the bed size (54x75 inches) is perfect for two adults, it may be snug for larger individuals or those needing more space.
- Hosting additional guests beyond two adults (excluding children) could impact comfort and the overall stay.
- The country's standard voltage is 220 V.
- Our adult pool is 4 feet deep, perfect for chilling out, but not intended for diving.
- The kiddie pool is 2 feet deep, designed for children to enjoy and practice swimming.
- Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult in swimwear.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed.
- Entry will be denied if there is a reason to believe that you or any of your companions pose a health, safety, or security risk.
