Casa Ecuador located 4 blocks to the mango beach, Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 full bath 2500 sq. ft. apartment with stunning view to Bay, Ocean and City Views In 5 de Diciembre neighborhood, The Famous Malecon within just a 5-10 minute walk. Grocery store " LEY" is just down the hill,The bus line is conveniently located only 3 blocks away. Uber and Taxi's are very easy to come by.

Casa Ecuador is about 3 blocks to a grocery store “( Ley) and about 4-5 blocks to mango beach which connects to the Malecon ( boardwalk) it’s also close to the 5 de Diciembre wet Market where you can buy fresh seafood, also nearby are taco stands and a the famous Pipí restaurant about 10 minutes walk , Barcelona restaurant, down the hill to the grocery store are taco stands, bars, gasoline station, Santander bank, hotels, and Mirador is a walking distance,We have lived here for 12 years and have always experienced the neighborhood as very friendly, safe and secure. It is a short walk (3-5 blocks) to shopping, restaurants, and Mango Beach. “The Malecon“ is a short 10 minute walk and beyond that lies Old Town and Las Muertos beach..
