The space
Single Story - 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths with Pool, Great Room, Full Kitchen and Service Kitchen. Walk directly out to the pool from the master suite. Located only 3-5 minutes walk from beautiful beach. Only 10-15 minutes drive to Urbiztondo San Juan, Surfing Capital of the North. Karaoke provided for your entertainment!
We have a backup generator to ensure your comfort and fun in the event of a power outage.

Other things to note
Rate includes up to 20 guests. Up to 8 additional guests may stay on comfortable folding beds with foam topper and linens at the nightly rate of $10 US or PHP500.

Only 2 max small animal allowed, must have diaper, leash, or cage and not allowed inside the bedrooms and in the pool.

Based on availability, you may check in early or check out late at the rate of $10 or Php 500 per hour.

NO SMOKING in the house. Smoking allowed only in the carport area. Violations subject to cleaning fee of $40 or PHP 2,000

We require a PHP 2,000 security deposit upon check in, any cost for missing items or damages will be deducted from the deposit and the balance will be refunded within 24 after check out.

Damage Policy

We understand accidents can happen and we appreciate your honesty. If something is damaged during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. Prompt communication allows us to resolve issues fairly and often minimizes costs. Guests may be responsible for the repair or replacement cost of damaged, missing, or excessively soiled items beyond normal wear and tear. Any claims will be supported by photos, documents or receipts.
