Second time renting this place and will definitely continue to book this on our future elyu trips as well!! The place is very cozy, and worth every penny 🥰 additionally, Sir Ferds who welcomed us, is very attentive to our needs and made sure that we had the most wonderful stay!!!

The property is exactly as described and looks even better than the photos. Checking in was a breeze as Ms. Jen was already at the property waiting for us even before we arrived, walked us through the property, and explained the house rules. The owner, Ms. Malou has been very responsive and friendly, it felt like we were staying in a friend’s house and everything we needed were immediately taken cared of. A short walk to the beach and the property has a private entrance and a guard at the gate 24/7. Would 100% recommend.

Ms. Charo's place is highly recommended for big groups that intend to have a relaxing and fuss-free stay in LU away from the bustling center. The rooms were clean, everything was organized, utensils were complete, and the host/caretakers offered a seamless communication experience. They were very hands-on, ensuring guests had the best stay possible, even going above and beyond during power outages. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely visit again.

We definitely had a great stay! The place was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the hosts including their caretaker was smooth as well. The only downside was a scheduled electrical and water interruption in the area, but overall, it was a wonderful experience. Will be back!! 🤙🏼

D’Santai villa is beautiful. It’s in a quieter neighbourhood (though there was a dog next door that barked a lot!) but there’s lots of cafes close by and only a short trike ride to the beach and restaurants. The staff were very attentive and made our stay very enjoyable. Only complaints were that there is an open area which means that mosquitos were able to come into the house and there was no wifi upstairs but other than that I would highly recommend :)

The place is so beautiful & relaxing. Highly recommended if you want to stay away from the hustle & bustle & crowded beach front area. Well-maintained & having a private jacuzzi and heated pool is a rare find. Very responsive host and helpful staff. We definitely wanted to go back and try the other Asalea properties.

Liked the house so much i stayed here twice in one month (and soon to be a third time). Highly recommended if staying in bangar!

Easy 5 stars for Julie and her listing! It’s soooo clean. It’s spacious, she has so many recommendations and other things available in her place. It feels like home. We all slept so well. She was so accommodating and kept checking up on us. Did I mention that her place is clean? The beds were so well made, the couch kept clean, the kitchen easy to use, and she had all items available for us. Will definitely book again. Thank you!

Very laid back yet very accessible to the beach and road.

The place was so nice, a great place to stay. We enjoyed our stay with our family and relatives, so peaceful and comfortable place. Very nice HOME to stay esp. staying at Cabana and kids enjoyed their jacuzzi pool as well. We enjoyed cooking with their complete kitchen utensils, griller and enjoyed their ice maker with our halo halo., PERFECT! Leandro, the host and the owner is so nice as well, he respond to all our inquiries. He is so considerate also. The caretaker Russel also is so nice. Thanks Manilokanos HOME!💕

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachside house! From the moment we arrived, the owners personally greeted us, which made us feel so welcome. The house itself was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the karaoke nights—it was a hit with the whole family! The location is perfect—peaceful and just a short walk to the beach. The kids had a blast swimming and playing in the sand. The atmosphere was so relaxing, it really felt like a home away from home. The owners were also incredibly responsive, always quick to reply to our messages. A special shoutout to Ate Joy, who was super helpful and quick to assist us with any requests. Overall, we had so much fun and truly loved our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back again next time!

We had a great stay here. The place is as described. It has a very homey and relaxing ambiance and the beach is one stone’s throw away! Hosts are very accommodating. Will definitely recommend!

Very nice place to stay with family. Enough rooms and extra beds for 8-10 (depednding on the comfort you’d wanna have). Working kitchen, garden hang out area and a deck/rooftop you can utilize as well. Appreciated that they installed the water heaters prior to our date of check in as we requested we needed it. Location is nearby Kabsat and has an access to the beach which is far enough from the busier beaches of San Juan. All in all a good experience and would recommend for close friends getaways or families.

We had a fantastic stay at Liza’s place! The house was incredibly spacious, featuring three comfortable bedrooms—one with its own bathroom, and the other two sharing a well-maintained restroom. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area was perfect for our group to relax, bond, and enjoy meals together. Outside, there was plenty of parking space, outdoor benches for lounging, and even a BBQ area which is great if you’re planning to grill. It’s a great setup for groups or families looking to unwind and spend quality time. Liza was also very accommodating and even helped us get drinking water during our stay, which we truly appreciated. We had a restful and enjoyable vacation, and we’ll definitely book again the next time we’re in La Union! Highly recommended!

First off all ….and very important……Sirikit and her husband Danny are the most friendly and helpful hosts !! We had a big issue when travelling with 3 kids and gettings scammed by another party who had offered a villa only by prepayment and when we reached the place in the afternoon we had to find out that the villa is not existing. So after a long search, filing a case at the police in La Union it was already 10:00 pm and we tried to find a place for the night. When contacting SiriKit and explaining the situation she immediately contacted us after booking, she and her husband helped to find the place and when arriving late her husband Danny even drove us to the next open restaurant to take out some food for the night and for the kids. I only can say : AWESOME, and thank you soo much. Great people and a lovely host.
