Beach luxury awaits at Casa Del Mar! This beautifully appointed, dog-friendly Oak Island vacation home is just a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive to the beach! Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and room for 8 guests, the open-concept layout is perfect for family time. The fully stocked granite and stainless kitchen, screened porch, front porch rockers, fenced backyard, beach chairs & buggy, and outdoor shower are just a few of the many amenities. Linens are included with beds made for your arrival.

The space
Less than a mile from Oak Island's beautiful south-facing beaches, Casa Del Mar OKI is a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Ideally located near the 20th Street beach access, Middleton Avenue, and downtown Oak Island, you'll be just minutes from the beach, local restaurants, shops, and island attractions.

With parking for up to four vehicles, there's plenty of room for your family and all your beach gear. After a day on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower before relaxing on the screened porch with a good book or your morning coffee. Fire up the charcoal grill for dinner while the kids and pups enjoy the fully fenced backyard, offering plenty of space to play in privacy. (Please note: the front gate is currently not operational.)

Inside, you'll find a spacious open-concept living area designed for gathering and making memories. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, brand-new stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and generous cabinet space filled with cookware, dishes, glassware, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease.

- Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old.
- Up to 3 dogs are welcome, but no cats or other pets accepted.
- Washer and dryer is available for use during your stay.
- Hand soap and dish soap are provided.
- Shampoo/bath soap and laundry detergent are not provided.
- Some paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent/packs and toilet paper provided to get you started, but you may need more during your stay.
When its time for bed, pick your favorite spot to retire. The primary bedroom has a huge en-suite bathroom, a king bed with extra pillows and super soft sheets, a Smart TV, and plenty of storage. The 2nd large bedroom boasts a queen bed, large closet and smart tv making this home perfect for 2 families. The 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds - perfect for the kids. The main bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.
