2026 Calendar Open! Book your stay for this year at this amazing bungalow is close to the beach - a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive! Open concept living/dining/kitchen - perfect for entertaining up to 8. Enjoy the evenings with a cocktail on the screened porch or sip your morning coffee on the front porch. Fully stocked granite & stainless kitchen. The dogs and kids have room to play in the fenced backyard with outdoor shower. Linens included & arrive to beds made.

The space
Less than a mile to Oak Island’s south-facing beaches, Casa Del Mar OKI is the perfect 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1200 sq. ft. home with tons of amenities. Sleeping 8, this home is close to the 20th street foot bridge, Middleton Ave, and Downtown OKI - a prime location!

Plenty of parking (up to 4 cars) in the front driveway. **Please note the front gate is not working** Ample space in the driveway to store all your beach gear. When you come home, rinse off and rejuvenate in the outdoor shower. Cozy up with good book and a cup of coffee on the screened porch. Out back, a charcoal grill is provided to cook all your favorites. Enjoy a game of catch with the kids, or fetch with the pups in the fully privacy fenced backyard.

Inside, you’ll find a fully-equipped cook’s kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and breakfast bar with and plenty of counter and storage space. Extra cookware, silverware, and dinnerware, and glassware fill the cabinets so you are not constantly washing dishes.

The kitchen is part of open concept living and dining room where the whole family can spread out. A smart TV has local channels and is wifi-equipped, ready for your streaming service subscriptions. The kitchen/dining room has a bar area with plenty seating - a perfect place to enjoy breakfast or your favorite adult beverages. The dining room table is great for a family meal all together. The home’s wifi is blazing fast for all of your devices.

Things to know.
- Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old.
- Up to 3 dogs are welcome, but no cats or other pets accepted.
- Washer and dryer is available for use during your stay.
- Hand soap and dish soap are provided.
- Shampoo/bath soap and laundry detergent are not provided.
- Some paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent/packs and toilet paper provided to get you started, but you may need more during your stay.
When its time for bed, pick your favorite spot to retire. The primary bedroom has a huge en-suite bathroom, a king bed with extra pillows and super soft sheets, a Smart TV, and plenty of storage. The 2nd large bedroom boasts a queen bed, large closet and smart tv making this home perfect for 2 families. The 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds - perfect for the kids. The main bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.
