Casa Del Canyon is a beautifully designed home with a large yard in the heart of downtown Moab. A short drive to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and an even shorter walk to incredible restaurants, bars and shops. The space
Casa Del Canyon is quintessential Moab with a modern flair. Located on a secluded street that exudes classic Moab character, it is the perfect spot for experiencing the town and culture after exploring the Canyonlands.

The house is designed for socializing. A comfortable living area with a 55" smart TV and a large dining room with a gas fireplace are ideal for gatherings of family and friends. The large yard was designed to create an environment that fosters relaxation, conversation, and recreation. A hot tub for soothing sore muscles and stargazing. A covered pergola with lounge seating, dining tables and a BBQ Grill. A big grassy area for games like Bocce and Cornhole. And two separate fire pit areas with enough Adirondack chairs for everyone. All TV’s have apps for the major content providers like Netflix, Amazon, Hulu etc. as well as live TV via YouTube TV. Wifi is strong throughout the house and there are Sonos speakers in the common areas. The Kitchen is stocked with all the modern cooking supplies you will need.
