Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island.

We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

The space
The house itself is stylish and comfortable, combining the best of village life with a real country feel to the rear and views of the awe-inspiring Tramuntana mountains. Wake up to the sounds of lambs bleating each morning!

The house and garden are self-contained so you can relax and enjoy your holiday here away from the hustle and bustle of the city or town.

Expect to find all mod cons and appliances, and everything to make your stay comfortable such as books, games, puzzles or a cozy wood-burning stove. We also have ultra fast Wifi, Netflix, international TV with hundreds of stations and all the sports channels you could possibly wish for including Eurosport, BT Sport, Sky Sport etc.

The garden is an oasis with a curvaceous swimming pool, orchard with orange, lemon, lime, persimmon, pear, apple and fig trees. Apparently we have the best olive trees in Mallorca- here in the village of Caimari which is famous for its olive oil production.

Help yourself to our vegetables, fruit and herbs which grow all year round. And for those who love al fresco dining, our newly installed outdoor kitchen and barbecue area is perfect for long lazy lunches on hot summer afternoons, punctuated by refreshing dips in the pool.

In winter, snuggle up by the log burning fire and switch on the heating and electric blankets - we have everything you need to stay cosy at night.

We are partnered with Cycling Friendly and have a bronze certification meaning that we have secure cycle storage, tools, local routes and knowledge, a turbo trainer and some gym equipment. We can arrange cycle guides, meals, transport etc. all you could wish for a perfect cycling holiday.

Guest access
The house has a large terrace for relaxing on as well as a lower area with barbecue, outdoor kitchen, toilet and large dining area. The curvaceous pool is refreshing on hot days. The garden faces south/west but there are plenty of trees and areas to enjoy the shade too. We have parking for 2-3 cars in our own gated driveway.
The house is very spacious with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 ensuite. Beds can be made up as single or doubles so just let us know your requirements.

Other things to note
We will provide pool maintenance, gardening, maintenance, laundry and additional cleaning if required.

The house is located in a village so please treat the neighbours with respect by not making too much noise in the garden at night. There should not be any noise outside after 1am.

Local laws in the Balearic Islands require us to collect an eco tourism tax when you arrive at the property. The cost is 1 euro per night for every guest over the age of 16 in low season (November to April) and and 2 euros a night during high season (May to October). This is compulsory for all guests in all holiday establishments in the Baleares and goes towards funding projects such as the new tram to run between the airport and Palma.

Where you’ll be

Caimari, Illes Balears, Spain

At the foot of the Tramuntana mountains we are in a pretty village (Caimari) close to the bustling city of Inca. We really have the best of all worlds here with our garden facing onto the fields and mountains while only being two minutes from the nearest shop and bar.

In Inca (just 5km away) there is a famous weekly market on Thursdays which is one of the biggest on the island. You can also stock up on provisions at any of the many supermarkets including Aldi and Lidl. Good transport links into Palma by train and bus are also available. A newly opened motorway means the airport is accessible by car in just half an hour.
