Here are some important points to note for your stay...
• WATER the bottle in your room is filled with jug water. In our attempt to reduce plastic consumption we chose to put these bottles in our rooms, even though the tap water is drinkable, we know that there are those who prefer bottled water (we recommend you try it)
• SOAP CASA BE soaps are made by CASA HUIZACHE with ingredients from native Mexican plants, vegan and residue-free
• FOOD if you brought food, on the terrace next to the reception you will find a large trash can where you can deposit the garbage you generate, food boxes, packaging, bottles of drinks etc. so that they do not stay in your room while you are in there
• TERRACES There are common areas where you can enjoy your food without any problem, but if you like to do it inside the room, be careful when drinking or eating on the bed, because if there is any spill we will have to charge you an extra fee (*any spill of liquid /food that causes any large stain on the bedding will have an extra cost)
• SHOWER The CASA BE shower has the option of opening the window and enjoying an outdoor bath. Don't forget to close it before leaving your room because a cricket could get in and its chirping will keep you awake.
• TUB if a tub bath is your thing, enjoy and relax. It is a space designed to make you feel at peace. The use of bath bombs, effervescent tablets, etc. is prohibited. We would appreciate you being aware of the water you use… try not to waste water.
• SCHEDULE your check-in is after 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am only by having an agreement with the administration these hours could be extended
• SILENCE out of respect for the rest of our guests and neighbors, we would appreciate keeping the volume down in the common areas of the property
• CLEANING from your 3rd night of stay, the cleaning service will enter to change your sheets and towels
• HONESTY BAR at the reception of CASA BE you can find some snacks and drinks right there there is a price list, you can leave the payment for what you consumed in your room
• TV Our televisions do not have cable service, however you can easily enjoy movies or your favorite series on NETFLIX
• WiFi: there is internet on the property, however it is an area where it is not very efficient, you will have to be patient to get your connection
