This newly built luxury home features a private infinity-edge pool, multiple oceanview terraces, and access to the community clubhouse with pool, gym, pickleball, tennis, and restaurant amenities.
The space
Wake up to ocean views and spend your days enjoying Costa Rica's indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Casa Bayview's main level opens to a spacious terrace featuring an infinity-edge pool, outdoor dining, lounge seating, and BBQ area — all designed to take advantage of the home's elevated setting.
Inside, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area offers plenty of room to gather, with seating for large groups, a wine fridge, pantry, and modern appliances throughout. Upstairs, three king suites open directly to an oceanview terrace, creating private retreats while keeping everyone connected.
A separate flex room includes two futons that can be converted into sleeping space for children. Please note that this room does not have a dedicated bathroom, and guests using the futons would access the main-floor half bath. For this reason, the flex space is best suited for children rather than adults.
