You are welcome to my lovely and bright marine apartment in Follonica. It is 350 meters from the beach, in SenZuno in the characteristic and green fishermen's district, a stone's throw from beaches, pine forests, services, and the city center.
I love this house... when I arrive, I park the car and forget about it. Everything is at your fingertips: long sandy beaches, shops, restaurants, pine forests equipped for children, an outdoor cinema, bike paths, a library, and hilly and marine hiking trails.
The space
Azzurra is a charming apartment with the necessary amenities for a vacation.
The apartment is on the second floor of a small pink brick condominium, there is no elevator, but the stairs have a comfortable tread.
The apartment has new and well-kept Provençal-style furnishings and is equipped with books and floor fans.
The very bright kitchen space is equipped with an induction hob, fridge, and many doors and cabinets, utensils and accessories.
In the dining room there are many spaces to put your personal belongings: a large bookcase with open areas and others closed by doors and drawers, a dresser, a desk with drawers and armchair, a double sofa bed, very comfortable to open and close.
In the bedroom, there is a wardrobe with drawers and hangers, a double bed, and an armchair bed.
Between the dining room and the bedroom there is a small, convenient hallway for storing cleaning tools.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower included.
Guest access
On the ground floor, there is the building's tree-lined courtyard with private parking.
The parking lot is accessed via a barrier that prevents outsiders from entering the area.
Guests will be provided with an access key.
The parking spaces belong to the condominium, but they are not numbered. For this reason, no more than 1 car per apartment can be parked.

The municipality of Follonica collects separate waste using dumpsters. It is important that guests carefully sort the waste before throwing it in the appropriate bins.
