Captain’s Quarters OKI – Your Oak Island Beach Cottage

Welcome to Captain’s Quarters OKI, the perfect beach getaway in a convenient Middleton Avenue location! Enjoy easy access to Oak Island’s shops, restaurants, downtown, and most importantly — the beach. A quick trip down Middleton Avenue takes you to multiple beach accesses along Oak Island’s 14 miles of beautiful south-facing shoreline.

Start your mornings with coffee on the front porch or enjoy breakfast outdoors on the spacious screened patio. When it’s time for the beach, grab the provided beach chairs, sand toys, and beach buggy, then head out for a day of sun and surf.

After a fun day by the water, rinse off in the outdoor shower and settle back into vacation mode. The well-equipped kitchen makes preparing family meals easy, or head out to explore the many restaurants on Oak Island and nearby Southport. Relax with the 65” smart TV, stream your favorite shows, or enjoy a family game night with the provided board games.

The fully fenced backyard offers plenty of room for kids to play and features a screened porch with café lights, outdoor seating, a patio table, charcoal grill, and space to enjoy time together outside. The large driveway provides parking for up to 4 vehicles and plenty of room for storing beach gear.

When it’s time to recharge, choose from three comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, desk workspace, and TV. The two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds and share a hallway bathroom with both a shower and tub.

Whether you’re relaxing on the porch, spending the day at the beach, or enjoying the backyard with family and friends, Captain’s Quarters OKI offers the perfect place to experience Oak Island.

Guests will be provided a unique door code 5 days prior to their arrival along with check in instructions.

Other things to note
- Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old.
- Positively NO SMOKING in/around the house or garage. All smoking must be kept to the driveway or the backyard.
- Hand soap and dish soap are provided.
- Shampoo/bath soap & laundry detergent are NOT PROVIDED
- Some paper towels and toilet paper provided to get you started, but you may need more during your stay.
- Please bring your own beach towels. The bath towels are for at-home use only - do not bring them to the beach.
