The space
WALK TO THE BEACH! Welcome to Captain's Quarters OKI. This perfect beach home is conveniently located on Middleton Ave, allowing easy access to stores, downtown Oak Island, and of course - The Beach! A short stroll down Middelton Ave. will take you directly to the beach where you can spend your days on the sand. Enjoy the many different accesses on Oak Island's 14 miles of south facing beach.

Start your day off with some morning coffee on the front porch, rocking away as you listen to the waves crash. Or have breakfast al-fresco on the large screened patio with patio table and chairs! Grab your beach chairs (up to 6 provided with a beach buggy) and head down to the beach for a day of fun in the sun. Come an go as you please since the home is a short walk to the sand.

After a day in the waves, come home to relax and unwind. Rinse off on back patio's outdoor shower! The well equipped kitchen is a cook's dream, perfect for preparing meals for the whole family. Or, get ready and hit the town and dine at one of the many restaurants on Oak Island or in Southport! The 65" smart tv is ready for all your streaming service subscriptions. Tons of board games available for some family fun evenings. The fully fenced backyard is perfect for the kids to run and play.

Once it's time to retire, choose from one of the 3 bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, a large desk and a television with en-suite full bath. Choose from one of two other bedrooms each with queen beds. These bedrooms share a common hallway bath equipped with both a shower and tub.

The large fenced backyard boasts a screened in porch with cafe lights, patio table and chairs, charcoal grill, and plenty of chairs for some outdoor fun. There is plenty of space in the driveway and backyard to store all your beach equipment. Complimentary beach chairs, sand toys and beach buggy to use during your stay. The driveway is huge - perfect for 4 cars and for the kids to run around and play. The front porch is for some relaxation time, rocking in the chairs and sipping on your favorite beverage.

Guest access
Guests will be provided a unique door code 5 days prior to their arrival along with check in instructions.

Other things to note
- Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old.
- Positively NO SMOKING in/around the house or garage. All smoking must be kept to the driveway or the backyard.
- Hand soap and dish soap are provided.
- Shampoo/bath soap & laundry detergent are NOT PROVIDED
- Some paper towels and toilet paper provided to get you started, but you may need more during your stay.
- Please bring your own beach towels. The bath towels are for at-home use only - do not bring them to the beach.
