Serene vacation home for the avid pickleball player. Spacious home that accommodates 8 adult guests comfortably. Regulation size pickleball court with permanent net, salt water pool (not heated), hot tub and BBQ grill will complete your dream vacation. Kennedy Racquet Center, where pickleball tournaments are held is only 2 miles away. Home is also located 15 mikes from the beautiful Ft. Myers beach and within 2 miles of restaurants, bowling alley, water park and other attractions.

The space
Home is spacious. Master bedroom is off to one side of the home and separated from all other bedrooms. Junior suite is also off to one side and very private with its own bathroom. House was built on a triple lot giving the backyard excess space. Even with the pickleball court, there’s plenty of space to enjoy the pool and watching a friendly game of pickleball.
The salt water pool is not heated but the hot tub gets up to 100F. Most of the year the pool temperature will be between 80 and 90F as our weather is very warm.

Guest access
Registered guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage. Pickleball court and pool are also for registered guest use only.
