In the heart of Falmouth, Cape Cod. Elegant spacious six bedroom home with salt water views. Huge deck and a large back yard for grilling and games. Great layout and separate spaces to enjoy the house with multiple family rooms and a separate game room with a ping pong table. Close to many shops and restaurants and the best of Falmouth beaches. Conveniently located minutes from Woods Hole ferries to the islands. Close to golf, tennis courts, bike paths, Ice cream and much much more.

Huge deck and a large back yard for grilling and games.
Great for large groups, comfortable layout with many bedrooms and common areas.
Large groups are welcome but we ask that groups respect the neighbors and neighborhood and keep noise level reasonable especially after 9 pm. It is a family neighborhood and large, loud, unruly parties are not welcome. If you are not sure about the nature of your gathering, please reach out to discuss the nature of your booking ahead of time.

★Bedroom/Bathroom layout★

Third floor loft with king bed and two queens and full bathroom great for a family.

Second floor, three bedrooms.

Huge master bedroom with king bed and a twin bed as well and full bathroom. Same floor has a queen bedroom and finally the last room has bunk beds and a twin bed great for kids to share. That floor has another full bathroom.

Main floor has kitchen, dining room, living room, a bedroom, and a deck off the living room.

Downstairs, ping pong room, extra fridge, washer/dryer, and two more rooms. One with a queen bed and another that can be used as a TV room or another bedroom with foldout sofas.

TVs:

There are 4 televisions in the house; downstairs, the living room, master bedroom and upstairs master bedroom.

All TVs are smart TVs set up with Roku. You can connect to Netflix, Hulu, Hbo-now, etc. Some Tvs are likely to be preset with connection to Netflix, please feel free to use and watch whatever you like.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need to cook up all your favorite meals, from the gas powered stove and oven, to the spacious fridge/freezer.

You are welcome to use any dishes, utensils, pots/pans in the kitchen cabinets or appliances. You’ll have access to quality cookware, dinnerware, wine glasses and utensils along with a coffee maker to get your day started right. All the cooking essentials you would need right at your fingertips. The kitchen also comes equipped with a dishwasher!

I have lived in the Boston area most of my adult life. I moved here from Eastern Europe when I was 8 years old. I have loved coming to the Cape with family and friends for the past 25 years. I love to explore new things and broaden my horizons. That includes travel, lot's of reading, listening to podcasts/audiobooks and meeting new and interesting people. My full time profession is in Software Engineering and I love it but also I love the idea of sharing my home and help shape a wonderful vacation for my guests. My favorite sport to play and watch is Tennis. Needless to say I am a fan of Roger Federer. Don't hesitate to reach out to me with ANY questions.
