Our house is a stones throw from the beach. The harbor, Hyannis, downtown, cafes, restaurants, anywhere from 5 star dining to family-friendly dining are all in walking distance. Several family friendly activities are very close. You’ll love our place because of the walk to the family friendly beach, the ambiance, the ocean view and the neighborhood feel. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, fishermen, families (with kids) and large groups.

We had a fantastic stay at Bruce’s cottage! Great rustic cottage right on the beach, perfect for a “slower pace” vacation away from crowds and hustle/bustle. Bruce and his wife are very friendly, very available for questions, and were pleasantly flexible with us on checkout timing really allowing us to maximize our last day on the cape. Will absolutely visit again!

The house is at a great location, quiet with lots of greenery around it. We enjoyed the deck and the outside fire place. We were happy about a nicely stocked kitchen and that Tom surprised us with a basket full of s'mores ingredients, apples, muffins, and bottled water! We had a great and relaxing time. This house was perfect for our stay in the Cape Cod area. It was centrally located so it made day tripping easy and convenient. We also traveled with our three month old and the playpen with mattress worked perfectly for us and baby. Jenny also kindly provided a baby bath, highchair, and even books. I would recommend this stay to anyone. We also very much enjoyed the large and open living room/kitchen area downstairs. Thank you so much for hosting us!

This was such a relaxing place to stay. Jessica’s communication was quick and remarkably helpful — and she provided great recommendations and suggestions. The overall layout of the home affords room for privacy while also providing a comfortable communal space. The walkability of the location was much better than I expected, with closeby beaches, taverns, and restaurants. To be specific, 5 people stayed here — myself, wife, two kids, and an infant, for a stay around a month. And we never felt constrained (the back deck makes for a great workspace). Thanks again — would love to stay here in the future!

Most quiet place we’ve ever stayed. Even though it is part of a larger house (a downstairs studio apartment), the space is very private with a dedicated driveway and yard that is lovely. If you’re taking advantage of all the fun places to go in the surrounding towns this place is perfect. The outside table and chairs added some nice living space too. There are some great suggestions in the notebook to consider when arriving if you’re not familiar with Chatham. Loved the throw blankets for cool evenings, a nice touch. Also, the bike path is just up the road so you can ride from the house. A great place all around.

Cristina was a great host. My family of five had a wonderful stay. Cristina was very accommodating and had the house very well prepared for us. She offered beach toys and chairs for my family and set up bed rails for my youngest. She was very thoughtful and left a welcome basket when we arrived. The house had everything we needed to enjoy a great week at the beach. We would definitely stay at her house again.
