This area is scenic and easy to get around.

This is a beautiful, spacious, two bedroom ground floor split-level sea-side apartment set over three floors with its own south facing large private sun terrace and direct access to the building's own private gym and games room with a pool table.
Set in the landmark Grade 2 Listed, former 5 star Victorian Hotel building of Burlington Mansions, it was built in the 1850s it retains a number of the original features.
The Apartment offers a real home from home feel with the seaside only steps away.

Other things to note
Please note that minimum stays vary between 3 and 4 nights and weekly stays (Saturday to Saturday). However the Airbnb site does not allow this adjustment to be made on it's site so we will let you know at the time of your enquiry if the minimum stay affects your booking. As a rule weekly stays are pretty much around the school holidays/peak times, otherwise 3 nights apply or in early and late Summer 4 nights apply.
