The space
This spacious flat is full of comfort and character wth mini splits in every room, gas fireplace, Moen dual rain shower and concrete floors with in floor heating throughout. Enjoy looking out onto Elephant mountain from your private balcony, or come on downstairs to Broken Hill Resto Pub for a refreshing beverage and delicious eats!

Guest access
Guests must be comfortable with climbing stairs. Access is from the main street and up a flight of stairs. Access is also available at the rear of the building up an exterior flight of stairs, then another interior flight of stairs.

Other things to note
This flat is above a downtown laneway, is above a resto pub and is in a central downtown location so ambient noise and street noise are to be expected. The resto closes by 11 pm.
Guests must be comfortable with climbing stairs.

Avid recreationalist. Cyclist (mtn, road, moto), backcounrtry skier. Self employed artist, sculptor, tradesman. Very laid back and easy going. Looking to share my home with genuine folks that enjoy Nelson as much as I do. I'm a very busy individual so I am a relatively hands off kind of host. Always happy to accommodate one's needs. My home is not fancy, but it's a lovely space. It's clean and well appointed, gay friendly too. I live with my aging dog Olie. He's used to visitors, but is not the greatest with sharing his space with other dogs. He is usually with me if I'm out of the house, which is a lot. Working or playing... I enjoy showing people around the Koots especially on my mountain bike. Perhaps we could go for a spin. Any questions... just ask. Thanks for reading. b*
