The space
This spacious flat is full of comfort and character wth mini splits in every room, gas fireplace, Moen dual rain shower and concrete floors with in floor heating throughout. Enjoy looking out onto Elephant mountain from your private balcony, or come on downstairs to Broken Hill Resto Pub for a refreshing beverage and delicious eats!

Guest access
Guests must be comfortable with climbing stairs. Access is from the main street and up a flight of stairs. Access is also available at the rear of the building up an exterior flight of stairs, then another interior flight of stairs.

Other things to note
This flat is above a downtown laneway, is above a resto pub and is in a central downtown location so ambient noise and street noise are to be expected. The resto closes by 11 pm.
Guests must be comfortable with climbing stairs.
