The space
This spacious flat exudes comfort and character, equipped with mini splits in every room, gas fireplace, King Size beds, dual Moen rain-shower, and gorgeous concrete floors with in floor heating throughout!

Guest access
Guests must be comfortable with climbing stairs. Access is from the main street and up a flight of stairs. Access is also available at the rear of the building up an exterior flight of stairs, then another interior flight of stairs.

For parking the parkade is across the alley and has a fee of $8.25 per day or $2 per hour 9a-5p free Sundays and holidays. Max height is 6'9. Street parking is also available at $2 per hour.

Other things to note
This flat fronts on to the main street, is above a resto pub and is in a central downtown location so ambient noise and street noise are to be expected. The resto closes by 11 pm.
