Briggate House Barn is set in a charming hamlet, just a few minutes from Worstead. Situated close to the coast, Norfolk Broads and with direct access to great walks, cycle routes and bird watching. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, one downstairs. Well equipped kitchen, dining room and a bright & airy living room - a fantastic space whatever the season; curl up by the fire or open the enormous barn doors to the sunshine. Outside terrace with a seating area, BBQ and access to a lovely garden.

The space
Self-contained, detached 3 bedroom (1 x King, 1 x Double, 1 x Twin), 2 bathroom traditional brick barn conversion located in large plot of land, comprising of gardens, main house, barn, driveway and garage space.

Guest access
Shared (with owners) gated driveway. Secure off-road parking for one car (if arriving with more than 1 vehicle, please just let us know, and we can advise where to park).

Other things to note
While bedroom #3 has 2 single beds, the room and beds are suitable for 2 children/teenagers or 1 adult + 1 child/teenager, as the second single bed is a trundle bed, and slightly smaller and lower than a standard single. Please note the bedroom is also on the ground floor, with close access to a bathroom with bath + shower (while the 2 x double bedrooms are upstairs, with close access to a bathroom with a shower).
