Just named to the Best Places to Stay in Bourbon Country, this modern Bourbon-themed townhouse is in Lexington's Northside, close to the Jefferson St retail corridor, West 6th Brewing & Rupp Arena. It's an ideal pad for exploring Bourbon Country, a Keeneland weekend, or cheering on the UK Wildcats. You will be within a 5 minute walking radius of a distillery, brewery, and the Legacy trail.

The space
Finished in 2016, this townhouse features an open concept kitchen and living room. The second floor includes a master bedroom with a private full-bath, a guest room with one queen bed, laundry, and a hallway full-bath.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire town home via the front door. There is off-street parking available behind the building. The space is fitted with everything you will need for your stay.

Other things to note
The backyard is not part of this listing. Because our pets have rescue backgrounds, we ask that our guests avoid the backyard. The front door access makes it easy to park within 20 feet of your door, in addition to off-street parking around back.

Neighborhood highlights

Our neighborhood is extremely walkable. Within a few blocks you can stroll down Lexington's most historic residential lanes (Fayette Park, Elsmere Park), Transylvania, BCTC's new campus, the Legacy Trail and multiple parks for recreation. Like other downtown-adjacent neighborhoods, the "West 6th" neighborhood has positive & negative features. You will occasionally hear sirens, and sometimes the nearby railroad. But we enjoy the space and the downtown 'fabric' doesn't bother us; it's fun to be so close to bars & restaurants, but don't miss free yoga on Wednesdays @ West 6th St brewery.
