We are close to restaurants and cafes and other hotels. There is no vehicle access to the area, so it is quiet. We are on a quiet path away from the bustle of the activity on the path that comes up from the dock. We are 3 minutes or less walk to the nature reserve and the lake as well as a 5-7 minute walk to the dock.

I am a youthful woman in her 70’s who has lived 30 years in San marcos La Laguna. I am a singer songwriter, and play guitar and flute. I have a three room Inn in San Marcos which is a small Mayan village on the shores of Lake Atitlan. I am happy to share music. I am fluent in Spanish. The village I live in has integrated a new age community of foreigners. I enjoy meeting new people, and I am sure you will enjoy meeting me!
