Guest access
You will have access to the entire unit and all shared building amenities such as the pool, gym, rock climbing wall, outdoor grills, outdoor fire pits, courtyard, sky lounge, and other common areas as long as they are not closed for maintenance.

While we do our best to notify guests of common area/amenity closures, maintenance and other unavailability issues it is out of our control. Refunds are not issued for unavailable amenities.

All occupants must be listed on the reservation in order to gain access to doors and amenities such as the pool and gym.

** PARKING: We have a reserved parking spot in the attached covered, gated parking garage for $30/night. You can purchase this via host prior to your arrival and it will be paid separately from your Airbnb reservation. Let us know if you would like to add parking! **

Other things to note
The building uses a keyless entry system that will give you access to the unit as well as all shared amenities. You will download the Door App and receive instructions with a tutorial prior to arrival.
