Our cozy studio is sure to make you feel right at home with a well-equipped kitchen, 2 Queen Memory Foam beds, 1 Queen Deluxe Plush air mattress, extra pillows & blankets, coffee bar, toiletries and so much more! Our studio is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small groups. Guests will have access to the outdoor heated pool, fitness gym/rock climbing wall, grills & courtyard. Just a short walk to downtown Broadway/Ryman/Bridgestone

While we do our best to notify guests of common area/amenity closures, maintenance and other unavailability issues it is out of our control. Refunds are not issued for unavailable amenities.
All occupants must be listed on the reservation in order to gain access to doors and amenities such as the pool and gym.
** PARKING: We have a reserved parking spot in the attached covered, gated parking garage for $30/night. You can purchase this via host prior to your arrival and it will be paid separately from your Airbnb reservation. Let us know if you would like to add parking! **

The building uses a keyless entry system that will give you access to the unit as well as all shared amenities. You will download the Door App and receive instructions with a tutorial prior to arrival.
