Spend time with your friends or family in the expansive outdoor space--around the fire pits, on the deck, under one of the covered patios, or chasing your kids (or dogs) around the fenced-in yard. Prepare and share meals using our 2 full kitchens and kitchenette. Do it all with a stunning view of the La Crosse bluffs as the backdrop!

The space
The Bluff View Collective is a multi-property rental located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Our properties offer a space for large groups (up to 13) to gather and stay. The Bluff View Collective is the perfect place for extended families, friend groups, and corporate retreats.

Your reservation includes two adjacent homes, each with two private units, as well as a separate rustic studio. Please note that the studio is rustic--it does not have heating, air conditioning, plumbing, or dedicated WiFi.

You’ll have access to both backyards and outdoor amenities including a large deck, two covered patios, two fire pits and a swing set.

Other things to note
We love dogs! You are welcome to bring up to two well-behaved, vaccinated pups with you for a flat fee of $50 per dog. Dogs are welcome to use the fenced-in yard behind House #1. Keep in mind that the fence does not go all the way to the ground in some areas and is only about 3 feet tall. Also, please be aware that the adjacent yard (behind House #2) is not fenced in and your dog should not be unleashed on this side. There are frequent trains and we would hate to have something happen to your pet. Lastly, we ask that you clean up after your dog. We offer complimentary poop bags for your use.

There are railroad tracks at the back of our property with relatively steady train traffic throughout the day. We provide earplugs and noise machines for light sleepers who may be concerned about train noise.

The studio is rustic. This means it does not have heating, air conditioning, plumbing, or dedicated WiFi. We provide extra fans and encourage guests to open windows for a cross breeze. We provide a fun selection of VHS tapes and a VCR for some vintage movie viewing.

We have a selection of indoor/outdoor toys and games that you are free to use. A Pack n Play is available upon request.
