This unit has common underground parking for other 10 units . Four dedicated covered parking lots underneath the building. Oversized vehicles / trucks with trailers are prohibited to park in the parking lot.

Pet Rules
Maximum 2 dogs allowed & bring pet sofa & bed . Pets are not allowed in any furniture provided by host. Please furnish the details of do breeds / weight. Please don't use the bathtubs to give shower to the dogs. That leads to clogged bathtubs & drainage issues due to excessive pet hairs.
Please use the downstairs faucet to wash pets.
