As you open the door to your luxurious vacation haven, the salty breeze carries whispers of excitement from the nearby Gulf, setting the stage for an unforgettable escape. When you enter our home, you will be greeted in colors of serenity, and peace. You'll first be met with a bright and beautiful kitchen with all the necessities to cook up a delicious Gulf Coast Meal, boasting granite counter tops and tons of kitchen gadgets.
Our dining area is an open concept living space, with plenty of seating for your family to enjoy a meal together or play board games.
Move over to the living room where the boundaries between indoor comfort and outdoor beauty blur into a seamless panorama of paradise.
As evening descends, gather in the spacious living room, where laughter mingles with the scent of sea salt and where family memories fill the air. Curl up on the queen-sized sofa sleeper and lose yourself in the glow of our new 65" Smart TV, where stories of the day's adventures come to life in vibrant detail.
But the real magic awaits beyond the threshold of the living room, Venture onto your personal balcony and behold a sight that words can scarcely capture—a sprawling lagoon-style pool, shimmering like a sapphire jewel beneath the radiant Florida sun. Lose yourself in the endless expanse of the Emerald Blue Gulf View, and tropical lush landscaping.
Time to Retreat for the night, additional patio access that takes you straight into the master suite where you will sleep like a King and Queen sinking into the embrace of our new sumptuous King size bed, outfitted with linens and pillows where dreams are woven amidst the backdrop of glistening waters. ensuring you wake up recharged and ready for another day in Paradise.
Utilize the blackout curtains or awaken with the first rays of sunlight painting the space in hues of gold and azure as the sun rises. Enjoy your own private bathroom; surrender to the opulence of your en-suite bathroom adorned with an oversized Garden soaking tub, shower combination, inviting you to immerse yourself in pure bliss.
The allure of adventure beckons from every corner of our retreat, in our second bedroom, the Jr. Suite offers a cozy sanctuary with its Full over Full Bunks and a rejuvenating walk-in shower, ensuring that every member of your party finds their own slice of paradise.
But the journey doesn't end within the confines of our condo. Let our free complimentary shuttle service be your passport to discovery, whisking you away to Henderson State Park Beach or June Decker White beach, where powder-soft white sands and azure waters await your arrival. Embark on thrilling water sports excursions, from heart-pounding jet ski rides to enchanting dolphin encounters from the Harbor Walk, all just a shuttle ride away.
The Palms of Destin Resort features an 11,000-sq.-ft. zero-entry lagoon pool with waterfalls, bridges, and a tropical island hot tub. Additional amenities include a heated pool, splash pad, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, pickleball, and a playground. On-site dining is available at The Palms Bistro and Good Vibes Bar, both offering casual meals, cocktails, and live entertainment.
A complimentary seasonal shuttle (March–October) provides easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The Shuttle does not transport to/from airport(s).
A $30 nightly resort fee (per reservation) is required by The Palms of Destin and collected separately before arrival. This fee includes six amenity wristbands (children 12 and under are not required to wear one). Two complimentary parking passes are provided.
Resort amenities are managed by The Palms of Destin Resort and may have adjusted hours or limited availability during the off-season (October–February) or for maintenance.
Travel insurance is recommended for your peace of mind.

When checking in you'll first stop at the deck in the main lobby. This is where you will check in and receive your parking passes, door key cards, and amenity wrist bands for your entire group!
These bands will get you access to all amenities on site!

The Palms of Destin offers premier amenities for your enjoyment. A mandatory resort amenity fee is required by The Palms of Destin Resort & Conference Center for all guests. This pass-through fee is collected on behalf of the resort and is not optional.
The resort fee includes six (6) wristbands for amenity access. (Children 12 and under are not required to wear a wristband.)
