Welcome to Blue Tide Cottage! Catch the sunset dipping behind Catalina Island and the horizon with ocean views from every room, from the front porch or from the boardwalk at Strands beach which is just steps away from the front door. Walking distance to all Dana Point has to offer and driving distance to explore all of Southern California.

The space
The Blue Tide Cottage is a condo at Niguel Beach Terrace just across the street from Strands Beach and Strands View Park. The property is completely renovated and comes fully ready for you to enjoy.

Cooking up a meal? Our kitchen is fully stocked and the grill ready to be fired up. Doing the dishes has never been easier with both a dishwasher and an ocean view from the sink. Rinsing off the saltwater and sand from Strands beach? Our bathrooms are both fully stocked with linens for your stay.

Every bedroom if also stocked with fresh sheets and an ocean view. Enjoy high-speed internet and two 4k Smart TVs ready for your to stream, Zoom, download, upload and everything in between.

We are a beach loving family, love to entertain, bike, and go for walks on the beaches and trails of Southern California including near our Blue Tide Cottage vacation rental in Dana Point. Blue Tide Cottage is one of the most special places for us with one of the best (if not *the* best) ocean views in the Niguel Beach Terrace community. We have loved discovering Dana Point better over the years and love sharing it with our guests. We look forward to getting to meet and host you!
