Condo vacation rentals in Dana Point

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

No issues, nice resort

Cindy (the host) and her team were super responsive and helpful. She’s first class & helped us solve a few issues at check-in. Owner needs to update living/dining room furniture and organize/update contents of kitchen cupboards. Bed was super comfortable, linens were great, kitchen appliances, balcony seating, views & pool were all wonderful.

Got to say the picture of the view doesn’t do it justice once you view it in person. A very beautiful scenery, I would 100 percent recommend this spot for a get away trip or you just need some relaxing time please do check it out and it was clean and easy to understand the check in and out overall we felt right at home

The condo was very nice and the owners and handlers could not have been more accommodating to our comments and requests. We’re already coming back next year!

Frank's condo was amazing - the close proximately to the beach was an added bonus. Frank met us at check in and was very friendly and polite, he showed us around and made us feel welcomed. Everything we needed was available. The condo was clean, cool and very cozy. A lovely time was had and I will definitely be staying at Frank's condo again.

Great place. Very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that there is no central heat but space heater were provided but they are not much help over night since your not suppose to leave them on. Maybe this is normal in these beaches.

Had a great trip! Everything was as described and John and Mandy were great hosts. They were very communicative and made things very easy to check in, etc. They even went above and beyond and surprised us with a box of donuts from Newport’s finest (which were really good). A+ hosts … Would definitely come back!

I love the home it’s nice little getaway - I would totally recommend it : if u want get away from stress , family etc . Plus she was the best host ever.

Michelle's place is a perfect location and feel right at home with everything you need in the home. Having a laundry area, garage space, and AC was amazing! My family and I will definitely be looking to rent again from Michelle again when we come back to Newport Beach. You could not ask for a nicer place with the location and all those amenities!

The condo is situated in an exclusive community and surrounded by multi-million-dollar homes. It was very quiet and the outdoor space is great for sipping coffee and relaxing. The place is outfitted with everything you need for a vacation, just bring clothes. The front-loading machines are thoughtfully placed on an elevated platform to reduce stooping in order to do laundry, important to my 89-year-old mom who was with us. We prepared Thanksgiving dinner for our family there and Paulette has outfitted the kitchen with every sort of pot, pan, baking tray, skillet, knife and utensil you could possibly need. There is a very nice Ralph's grocery only a mile away. nice restaurants nearby if you want to dine out. Nice proximity to the ocean. It is the most "at home" I have ever felt at a vacation property.

Just stayed here for a night but it was amazing! Clear instructions, fast responses, beautiful location. The complex was easy to navigate, quiet and well set up. Bringing a pet was nice because the complex had a dog park right outside! Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment perfectly suited our family’s needs—comfortable, spacious, and with all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal, being so close to the beaches and other San Diego attractions, which made it easy to explore the area. It was a very practical choice for a family getaway, and we’d happily stay here again!

Great condo located right next to river mouth beach. The condo is well equipped and ready to enjoy.

Condo was very clean and organized with comfortable furnishings. Easy to access with local restaurants close by. Overall great place to stay.

Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath to relax in while my husband and I were traveling. Very pleasant experience. Jessica was a great host. Very warm and responsive communication.

Amazing stay! The hosts were super helpful and always checked in and gave us recommendations. The building check in process was seamless and the instructions were perfectly detailed. Cute places to eat just on the same block and the apartment was quiet despite being downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Andy responded within minutes each time we communicated with him. The condo was as described with the ocean an easy walk from the front door. The heated pool was a comfortable temp for an evening swim! This was a plus for the kids!!! The fitness center was well equipped. The condo is located in a busy complex so it may not be ideal for those desiring a secluded beach abode. It is within walking distance of the harbor and the pier and because the weather was sunny and mild, we did a lot of exploring!

Elyse's place was perfect...beautiful design, very well appointed, quite clean and lovely amenities! It really had everything we could have wanted for our 10 day stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the balcony was a perfect place to relax. It's on the grounds of the La Costa resort, so you can walk to the hotel for coffee or a meal. Her restaurant and activity recommendations were spot on and she answered my few questions quite promptly. If the opportunity arises for another visit to Carlsbad, we would definitely stay again. Kelly’s place will not disappoint! My goodness the minute you open her front door … you know you picked right! Absolutely welcoming and just a home feel. We would have rented another full month but others beat us to it. We are relocating from Hawaii and are closing on our own new place. So we needed longer stay times. You will not be disappointed with this choice! The bed are super comfortable and the furnishings are as well. Some hosts do not put emphasis enough on furnishings. They pick cheap and super uncomfortable couches etc. Kelly’s place is just right. She thought of truly hosting her guests. It shows in her place. Again… this is one gem you cannot miss. 😊

Carly’s place was perfect. Clean, just like the photos maybe better, updated kitchen, tvs in every room, kids basket of toys and nice decor. It was a welcome retreat when we needed it. Comfortable master bed, cute little playground, nice pool, easy walk to Target. Nice woman living in the downstairs portion with the shared garage. You still have a private door upstairs and space. Highly recommend!!
