Our beach house features four bedrooms (seven beds/sleeps 10), three newly remodeled bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, 10 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a backpack cooler, and more. We have everything you need to enjoy your stay on 30A! Blue Sea Beach House is the perfect house for you, your family and guests to get away!

The space
Our home features an open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen on the first floor. A deck connected to the living room where you can sit and enjoy the quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances along with granite countertops.

A bedroom with a queen bed, a large closet, and a new smart TV is located at the back of the house along with a newly remodeled full bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer is also available for your use.

The second floor has a master suite with a king bed, balcony, smart TV, and recently remodeled bathroom with a large walk-in shower featuring two rain-head shower faucets and two hand-held sprayers.

There are two more bedrooms on the second floor. One features a queen bed with a large closet and a new smart TV and the other room has two bunkbeds, a new smart TV and an Xbox One for the kids.

A newly remodeled bathroom is shared by these two bedrooms and accessed via the hallway. You can view more pictures of the home online.

We are a very kid-friendly home with a baby gate, pack-n-play, highchair, a beach pack-n-play, and plenty of beach toys for the little ones.

We have 6x bicycles, 10x beach chairs, a couple umbrellas, boogie boards, and lots of toys for your use.

Beach access is super easy… just steps to Gulfview Heights where amenities include a covered pavilion with picnic tables, restrooms, showers, and seasonal lifeguards.

The palm-tree lined community features a shared, seasonally heated pool (March & April then October & November - weather permitting), for all guests to use. The common area also features grills, a covered pavilion, lounge chairs, and bathrooms.

Guests will have access to the entire home.

Other things to note
Both Panama City and Destin/Fort Walton airports are an easy 45-minute drive.

You can rent additional bicycles or a golf cart just outside the neighborhood at Gulfview Heights Snack Shack (mention you are staying in Blue Sea Beach House located in Old Florida Cottages for 10% off).

We have 10 beach chairs, a couple of umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys available for your use as long as the previous renters didn't take and/or break them (there will be no refund or discount if they are not available).

You must be at least 25 years old, or older, to rent this property.
