Centrally located, spacious, clean, w/ plenty of amenities, Blue Haven is the perfect place for your next getaway. We are not a hotel/business, this is our personal family vacation home. We love hosting & sharing our little slice of "Haven" w/ guests!

The space
🔷 OUTDOOR: Private, heated, screened-in pool with lights & waterfall feature. Plenty of outdoor seating, pool toys, inflatables, life vests for children. Ample fenced in yard w/ separate fenced area for your pet. ✨Please Note✨ pool is heated to a standard 84 degrees as recommended by our pool company. During our hotter months, higher temps are common. Between the months of Nov-April, there is an additional charge of $20 per day if you would like the pool heated. Please let us know in advance so that we may set up & have ready for your stay.
🔷 LIVING ROOM: Spacious open floor plan, w/ seating to accommodate large families. Smart 55 inch TV + streaming.
🔷 KITCHEN: Well-stocked w/ plenty of amenities. Pots, pans, cookware, dishware, utensils, spices, basic staples, coffee station. Indoor/Outdoor electric grill
🔷BEDROOMS: Extra comfy beds and smart TVs in every room. Bed-side touch lamps w/ USB charging ports. Plenty of drawer space in addition to closets. Full length mirror in the king & queen rooms. Desk/work space in king & bunk room.
🔷BATHROOMS: The main bathroom has a shower-tub combo. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sinks. Towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, cotton balls & blow driers provided.
🔷GAME ROOM: Air-conditioned w/ LED lights. Play a round of air hockey, cornhole, darts, dominoes & more, There is plenty of fun to be had for kids & adults.
🔷LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer, dryer, detergent & basic cleaning supplies.
🔷AMENITIES: 👶Babies- pack & play, high chair, changing table, stroller. 🏖Beach- cooler, towels, chairs, sand toys, umbrella
🐶Pets- medium sized crate, safety/division fence, bowls, poop bags.
🔷LOCATION: Perfectly situated in a safe & quiet neighborhood within minutes of all the best Cape Coral has to offer. Near beaches, shops, parks, dining, there is plenty to see and do! (Check out our Guidebook!)
🔷SAFETY/SECURITY: There is a camera at the entrance of the home. This is the only camera on the property. A pool safety fence is also available.

🔸In order to adhere to local city/ state regulations, occupancy is monitored & enforced. Unapproved guests/visitors will result in cancellation of booking without a refund & are subject to additional fees.
🔸We allow non-overnight visitors with prior approval between the hours 8am-11pm. Please be sure to advise.
🔸The violation of any of the above rules may result in additional fees charged to guest, including but not limited to: damages, rule violation fees, noise complaint fines, late check-out, excessive garbage/ cleaning services.
