The space
Welcome to the 10th floor Views galore!
Open concept living space with 3 bedrooms, Sleep like a king in the Luxurious King size beds with luxury soft linens. Two King suites, One Queen, One Sofa Sleeper suite.
Fully equipped kitchen with tons of kitchen gadgets, all the comforts of home. Counter bar has seating for 3, dining room table with 4 chairs. Living room reclining sofa and love seats and a New 65" smart tv with cable, free Wi-Fi. Gulf and poolside view from balcony with High top table and seating for 4. Two patio chairs and two patio rockers give the extra added comfort.
This is an open airy concept floor plan with 3 bedrooms, and two full baths. The King Master on-suite has a combination shower/deep garden tub for soaking, marble flooring. The second king bedroom and third Queen bedroom are on the opposite side of the condo. The 2nd bath also has a combination shower/deep garden tub for soaking. All three bedrooms have their own balcony access, beautiful gulf views, 55" smart tv's with cable, and Roku. 4th Bed is the sofa sleeper for that extra sleeping arrangement.
The Palms of Destin Resort features an 11,000-sq.-ft. zero-entry lagoon pool with waterfalls, bridges, and a tropical island hot tub. Additional amenities include a heated pool, splash pad, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, pickleball, and a playground. On-site dining is available at The Palms Bistro and Good Vibes Bar, both offering casual meals, cocktails, and live entertainment.
A complimentary seasonal shuttle (March–October) provides easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The Shuttle does not transport to/from airport(s).
A $30 nightly resort fee (per reservation) is required by The Palms of Destin and collected separately before arrival. This fee includes six amenity wristbands (children 12 and under are not required to wear one). Two complimentary parking passes are provided.
Resort amenities are managed by The Palms of Destin Resort and may have adjusted hours or limited availability during the off-season (October–February) or for maintenance.

When checking in you'll first stop at the deck in the main lobby. This is where you will check in and receive your parking passes, door key cards, and amenity wrist bands for your entire group!
These bands will get you access to all amenities on site!

The Palms of Destin offers premier amenities for your enjoyment. A mandatory resort amenity fee is required by The Palms of Destin Resort & Conference Center for all guests. This pass-through fee is collected on behalf of the resort and is not optional.
The resort fee includes six (6) wristbands for amenity access. (Children 12 and under are not required to wear a wristband.)
