We are honored to Host you as our Guests in our charming, peaceful & private home. It is a centrally-located in the Matanuska Valley with Majestic views of the Mountains & Inlet!

Fun place to sit all day and watch the mountains, the squirrels, birds, & occasional moose wandering through the property.

Blueberry Haven is close to the hospital, WalMart and Wasilla… Also Parks Hwy for easy access to Hatcher Pass Recreation area, Palmer or Anchorage! Perfect base point for your Alaskan Adventure!

The space
We provide a Sweet Alaskan Life in our Home. It is a very Welcoming, Peaceful & Private 3 Bedroom, ground level (2 steps to porch), Ranch style. It also includes a second Gathering space in the Family room for multiple purposes such as TV, Reading, Games, Puzzles, Computer/Writing Desk, and Recumbent Bicycle.

Living Room is peaceful with Gas Fireplace and has Binoculars for viewing Mountains & Inlet or wildlife!

Full Front load washer & dryer are located next to a Guest Powder Room.

It includes a huge Deck for outdoor living and is where the BBQ is located. There are lounge chairs, deck chairs and a picnic table on deck. (I use a twin sheet to cover table… it is located in cupboard above washer.). It also has two covered porches (front & back) to enjoy outdoors rain or shine! There is some all natural Young Living SPF 10 & SPF 50 for your use while outdoors… located in Powder Room.

We are in process of installing a Fire Pit so you can roast hot dogs or sit by the fire and make S’Mores! It is available for use now (it will have pavers under it in the future!). There are Adirondack chairs around the fire pit to enjoy the outdoors! (I have some Young Living all natural, insect repellent for your use, if needed!)

Guests have use of entire home except for garage and second story Bonus room.

Other things to note
We will provide an assortment of breakfast items. You may either have breakfast on-the-go or enjoy a leisurely country breakfast. Items include ingredients for Egg sandwiches or breakfast burritos, oatmeal, pancake mix, muffin mix, fruit, yogurt, protein shake mix (smoothies), breakfast bars.

We have had Vivint Security cameras installed at the Front Door, Side Door and Back Deck. This is for your safety and ours. If you have any questions regarding this safety feature, please let us know.

We have installed a roped area at the edge of property to keep all guests safe. No guest should walk around the roped-off areas for their own safety.

For your added pleasure, I have a massage table on site and have business cards of valued Licensed Massage Therapists that you could call for a private session in our home. (Cards on Entryway table)

Note: we clean between guests with all natural Young Living chemical free cleaning supplies. We practice Air BnB 5-step cleaning process to insure our home is sanitized between guests.

I will leave cleaning supplies in a tote for your convenience during your stay. (Find in closet next to dining area)
