The space
Private two-story cottage with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, comfortably designed for up to 6 guests.

Primary bedroom: king bed, walk-in closet, leather futon, and dedicated workspace. Second bedroom: queen bed. Living area: sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements.

One bathroom has a tub/shower combination; the other has a walk-in shower. The open living, dining, and kitchen area includes cookware, dishwasher, coffee maker, washer/dryer, Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, central AC/heat, games, and books.

Enjoy the covered upstairs balcony, BBQ grill, picnic table, outdoor seating, cornhole, and backyard putt-putt. The private yard is partially fenced, with expansion planned for October 2026. Driveway parking for up to 4 cars, subject to house rules.

Beach gear is available for guest use. Dogs are welcome.
