The space
Beautifully renovated studio condo at the historic Fontainebleau Terrace with original terrazzo floors restored! This unit showcases a private balcony, one of only six in the entire building! The studio has a king bed, comfortable sofa and chair to look out of the sliding glass doors to see the gulf waters, and a kitchenette next to the bathroom. You can't get closer to the water than this unless you are actually down on the sand!

330 SF Studio with gulf front balcony - Fontainebleau Terrace is a historic building in PCB, the first condo building of its kind here, built in 1965. The unit has been updated with modern comforts, and the building has undergone an extensive 2-year renovation that was completed spring 2024, as well as new roof in 2025.

Additional on-site shared amenities include the outdoor pool, a large beachfront covered terrace, a 5th floor terrace, indoor lounge and exercise room with a ping pong table. Washers and dryers are available on levels 2 and 3 and require $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry (must have quarters).

Other things to note
We use a Eufy door lock with camera for your safety and for you to use your personal code to enter the unit during your stay. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00am. Parking passes and wristbands are required. 1 parking pass and up to 3 wristbands will be provided upon check-in. A $50 fee is charged if these are not left behind upon check out. Please read all house rules prior to booking!
