The space
Blair is a modern and new townhome that is the perfect place for families with children or a solo adult getaway.

**Master bedroom with king-sized bed w/ Casper memory foam mattress. En suite bathroom with two sinks. Walk-in closet.

**Second bedroom also with a king-sized bed w/ Casper memory foam mattress. Closet.

**Third bedroom has a twin over full bunk and the trundle has two twin beds-all new Aveline mattresses. The 3rd bedroom is also fully equipped with toys of all ages, a pack-n-play, a toddler bumper and a baby play mat. Closet.

**Second full bathroom with full-sized tub - located between 2nd and 3rd bedrooms

**Kitchen is fully stocked and includes, kid utensils, a high chair, blender, food processor and bar accessories.

**Backyard is fully fenced and the perfect spot for a BBQ and to admire the gorgeous Colorado National Monument. Outdoor firepit.

**Garage is large enough for two large vehicles and there is plenty of street parking. You can store your bikes here safely! Ping-pong table and dartboard.

**Plenty of outdoor driveway parking

**Pets - We do accept pets but take them on a case to case basis. Please be honest when telling us about bringing your animals!

**We fully comply with the City of Fruita short term rental requirements and have completed and passed a thorough safety check. City of Fruita license #0038-21.
