It's perfect for mom and dad or as an in-law suite, providing a private getaway even during family trips. This suite offers its own private kitchen, bathroom, living room, entrance, and driveway—an ideal option for those who want to join the festivities while enjoying their own space and privacy. Important details regarding pool heater:
Extra charges apply. Must be requested during booking.
While we strive to maintain a comfortable 70-83°F pool water temperature range year round, please note the external factors like cold weather, strong winds, and low overnight temperatures can significantly affect the water’s heat retention. Please note that the system is not designed for hot tub temperatures. The thermostat is capped at 90°F. The pool heater only operates during the day when the system is running and automatically shuts off at night.

Mother-in-law suite:
The mother-in-law suite off Leota Drive may be occupied by other guests. However, rest assured that they will have their own private driveway and entrance. Most importantly, the backyard and pool are exclusively for your use. No one else will have access to these areas, ensuring your privacy and safety at all times. We are committed to providing you with a peaceful and undisturbed stay.
