Mid-century modern furniture & decor fill our home -- while the spacious screened porch, back patio, outdoor bar and 1 acre property are perfect for lawn games, watching sports & dining. The firepit/place provide cozy gathering spots in fall and winter.

There’s something to do for all ages: record player & vinyls, 5 TVs, retro arcade room, toys, coloring & books — including a little free library.

Extremely family friendly w/pack-n-play, sound machines, games & books, kids’ dishes, etc.

The space
An irresistibly-fun 1950's and 60's vibe courses throughout the house -- carried through the furniture, decor, and even small details like book titles and glassware.

We strive for “Bee's Knees Bungalow” to be more than just a place to sleep when you're in town, but rather a getaway of its own. Take yourself back to simpler times, listening to vinyl while sipping cocktails or playing retro arcade games in the basement.

While the inside is comfortable, newly-renovated and stylish, the sprawling outdoor space is really the star of the show. We'll let our reviews and pictures of the screened-in porch, pavilion and bar area with TV, back patio, pond/waterfall, and yard speak for themselves!

There are 3 bedrooms on the main level (sleeping 6), while the upstairs loft sleeps 2 more guests with a daybed and a fold-out mattress. The basement, while unfinished, is still a great gathering spot with a colorful seating area, rugs and three retro arcade games.

If your group is larger than 8, we have another Airbnb property within walking distance -- Whimsy in the Woods. Please check both schedules or inquire about booking both, if needed.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and 1+ acre property, with the exception of two locked supply closets, storage area upstairs, and the garage. (The utility-area of the basement is only to be entered if needed.)

Other things to note
The garage, attic and two storage closets are locked to guests. The rest of the home and 1 acre property are for guest’s private use.
