WATER YOU WAITING FOR? Better Lake Than Never Lake LBJ is a tranquil second-story retreat on the upper Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ in Kingsland. With quick access to open water, this home, in a quiet neighborhood, features a neighborhood boat ramp, community fishing pier and swimming plank, just a short walk away. Enjoy the huge entertainment area underneath, complete with seating areas, a ping pong table, barbeque grill, fire pit, sundeck, and a private dock for fishing or launching Kayaks.

You will have access to the entire property. We have one owner closet and a storage unit(downstairs) that has cleaning supplies that will be locked.

Life jackets will be in the Boat dock closet. You will have access to the boat dock for fishing and launching Kayaks or Stand up Paddle boards.

Other things to note
Must be 25 or over to book house.

Boat information:
If you want a day on the water we do have a Captained Pontoon boat available for 1/2 or full day cruises. Spend a few hours swimming, a trip to Boat Town burgers or just a full cruise around the lake sightseeing. Check for availably. * Boat not available without a Captain.

We love the water. Fresh or salt we just love to be around the water. That is why we have our LBJ and Port Aransas rentals! We raised our kids around boating and the beach. So if you like Fresh or salt water we have you covered.
