Welcome to Villa BerAng, your private retreat in the South Caribbean! We are a bioclimatic villa built a year ago that combines modern luxury with the relaxed essence of the South Caribbean.

📍 Location: In the quiet area of Playa Negra, you will be only 400 meters (5-minute walk) from the iconic black-sand beach. Also, a short drive from the vibrant downtown Puerto Viejo (5 minutes by car).

The space
Our newly built bioclimatic villa offers greater comfort, elegance and contact with nature:

-3 spacious bedrooms: with comfortable beds and elegant windows that integrate the natural environment. All have inverter A/C and ceiling fan.

-2.5 elegant bathrooms: with modern faucets and internal gardens. We have hot water to end the day with a relaxing bath.

-Private pool: the heart of the villa. A perfect and exclusive area to cool off after a day at the beach, surrounded by a small tropical garden.

-Modern living room and kitchen: fully equipped to share with family and/or friends. Integrated directly with the pool and natural surroundings through elegant windows.

-Private parking: inside the property for 2 - 3 cars. We have an electric vehicle gate for greater comfort and peace of mind.

-Green areas and internal gardens: that connect with the tropical nature of the area.

-Outdoor shower: a perfect way to wash off the sand while cooling off in full contact with nature.

-Located on a safe and peaceful street, the villa allows you to enjoy the sound of Congo monkeys and tropical birds while maintaining proximity to everything.

-We are 400 meters from Playa Negra: its iconic black sand makes it perfect for relaxing or simply admiring the combination of beach and jungle. Ideal for walks.

-Close to Puerto Viejo: 5 minutes by car you will have access to the best restaurants of Caribbean cuisine, boutique shops and nightlife.

-Living nature: you'll be able to see and hear howler monkeys, sloths, toucans, butterflies, and tropical birds in the nearby trees.
