Once you have had enough of the river, come home to the A/C. Lounge in the living room…or on the chaise around the pool. Feel free to bring floaties. For maximum relaxation, slip into the hot tub!
The cabana kitchen is the perfect place to bring your Texas BBQ to life. With a full refrigerator, half bath, and sink, you don’t need to run in and out of the house. Take your ease at the poolside bar, use the Margaritaville Blender for sno-cones and adult drinks, and let your marinades do their work before you get the BBQ Pit roaring. You can even watch the game from the outdoor flatscreen TV.
And it’s not a real Texas BBQ without a lawn game showdown. That’s why we have all your favorites!

Absolutely NO PETS. ZERO EXCEPTIONS.
We have smoking areas, exterior to the home, that will keep fire risk low, please use those if needed.
The renter must be at least 25 years of age and sign the rental agreement before confirming your rental.
CHECK-IN IS LOCATED NEAR ANDY'S ON RIVER ROAD!
This home is managed by Concan VIP Property Management, LLC. Our office is the little white building around the back.
The guest who made the reservation will be required to check in and provide a current driver's license and 2 credit cards to have on file plus sign the VIP Rental Agreement. Please keep in mind that even if booked through VRBO you still will have to provide a copy of D/L, 2 CREDIT CARDS, and sign VIP Rental Agreement. This rental agreement includes asking for contact information during your stay (email and phone number). This information will never be used for marketing purposes without your expressed permission.

Other things to note
***There is NO gate/fence between the backdoor of the lodge and the pool area. Fence encloses the outdoor space. Please do not let children outside without supervision. **
We do have cameras on the pool perimeter, front door, and pool equipment(3). They are motion-triggered and do not record sound. They are in place to protect our property from vandalism to the building, the outdoor equipment, and the pool equipment. They protect both our guests and ourselves from any misunderstandings.
*We will start your stay off with 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and a trash bag in each trash can. If you think you will need more please pack accordingly.*
