Perfectly located in Rockaway Beach, the transportation is super easy.
Bar, beach, BBQ, jacuzzi, yard, music, you name it! Do you want to have a party?
We can host up to 40 guests and make places to dance, eat, and have the best party ever!

The space
When you come, you will find the RV parked inside the driveway.
It has 2 doors, but only one will be used.
In the living room area you will have the twin bed that works as a sofa, rocking chair, table and kitchen.
Between is the bathroom and shower.
In the main room is the queen bed with tv and plenty of space.
There are a couple of gifts to you in the refrigerator, be comfortable taking anything from it.

Guest access
As soon as you come you can use the little beach area, the jacuzzi, fire pit and the yard.
Sometimes we will be booking the yard for parties, but will be advice.
If you like to fish, bring your equipment, you will catch something for sure.
Of course you have full access to the RV, and everything on it.

Please call or text before your arrival, in this way we can arrange the delivery of the keys and set up the air condition before you got here.
For check out, please let us know and will pick it up the keys personally.

Neighborhood highlights

This is perfectly located in Rockaway Beach! Transportation, easy , 1 block from the A train, bus, and popular NYC ferry. Less than one block to the Rockaway Beach Surf Club.
You are also close to other shops and restaurants like the Bungalow Bar that the neighborhood offers. Only two blocks to the surfing beach, boardwalk, and dog park, and just steps to the newly renovated Community Boathouse with free kayaking super nice.
