👉 The studio features a comfortable 18.5 m² of floor space, thoughtfully designed to maximize your comfort and convenience. Additionally, the terrace offers an extra 9 m² for outdoor relaxation.

Studio Features:

- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a microwave, small oven, cooker, toaster, washing machine, and more for your home-cooked meals.

- Bathroom with refreshing shower: We thoughtfully provide fresh towels, bed linen, and toiletries once during your stay. (Please note: beach towels are not provided)

- Comforts of Home: Enjoy a flat-screen TV (local channels only), fast WiFi perfect for conference calls, and a fan to ensure your comfort on warmer days. The foldable dining table can also be used as a dedicated workspace.

- Convenience: Enjoy the ease of self-check-in/out. For added security, a camera monitors the front door area.

- Spacious Terrace: Step outside to a large, private terrace, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening meals while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

- Relax and Play: Dive into our garden pool (unheated), unwind on the sun lounger – all within the Los Barqueros complex.

Additional Information:

- For longer stays, we can arrange extra cleaning with our cleaning company for 50 euros, at the guest's expense. Additionally, on request, we can provide extra bedding and towels to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

- We provide a starter supply of consumables that are not replenished (2 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, sponge and dishwashing liquid).

- There are 15 stairs that need to be used to get to the apartment.

- The double bed has a standard size of 135x190cm.

Other things to note
All guests are required to complete an online check-in form and upload a valid ID prior to arrival. The host reserves the right to withhold check-in instructions if the form is not completed and the ID is not provided.

For guests with profiles created within the last three years and without prior reviews, or profiles with a rating lower than 4.5 stars, we require a refundable security deposit. The amount will be determined at our discretion and must be settled before the booking is confirmed and check-in instructions are provided. The deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay, assuming no damage to the property.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4.5 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
