Other things to note
All guests are required to provide a copy of their ID as part of the online check-in process. This is primarily for age verification (21+), as Airbnb does not verify the guest’s age for us. Guests may cover the ID number if they wish.

Guests with fewer than 3 host reviews and an average rating below 5 stars may additionally be required to authorize a $150 security deposit hold. This hold is fully released within 3 days of checkout, provided our rental terms are respected, including no smoking in the unit and no damages incurred. Guests who qualify for deposit removal may contact us, as the check-in portal is fully automated and any removal must be done manually on our side.

All guests are required to complete our online check-in form to acknowledge and agree to our house rules. The check-in portal is provided through our Airbnb-approved channel management software.

Please note: if you are looking for an “igloo-style icebox vacation,” this isn’t it. Our modern mini-split AC systems cool the apartment comfortably into the 70s, but they are not designed to run down into the 60s.
