This condo is in the perfect location right in the heart of Saint Augustine beach in St Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort . It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, and sleeps 5 and is well maintained. When you stay here you can park your car and walk to everything…. there are nearby restaurants, attractions, fishing, shopping, nightlife and even watch the sunrise from your balcony! The complex has 2 pools , beach access, tennis, and 5 hot tubs along with gated access and 24 hour security .

The space
This condo unit is located in a beachfront complex in the heart of St Augustine Beach. The condo unit itself is approx. 5 minute walk to the beach from the front door of the unit (if not closer!). Airbnb is having an issue where the mapping is incorrectly stating the distance to the ocean on the listing page, so please disregard that.

I could go on and on about how beautiful the ocean and beach is , only steps from this condo . If you’re looking for an affordable beach getaway , this is the perfect choice for you! Clean, updated , nicely furnished and steps from the beautiful white sands of St Augustine Beach. The complex has great amenities and truly has a resort feel. Two pools (one heated in winter), five hot tubs, community grills, tennis courts , as well as two beach access boardwalks. You can't go wrong with choosing this condo for your vacation at a great value !

Historic downtown St Augustine, an easy 15 minute drive away. Multiple restaurant s and shops located all along "the golden mile" of A1A Beach Blvd within walking or a quick drive from the condo.

Flat screen TV's in the living room and bedrooms . Wifi is included. The master bedroom has a King bed with en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin bed and a bunk bed with a twin on top and double bed below . Bedding and towels have been updated and we pride ourselves on our cleanliness of our properties . Kitchen is stocked to enjoy a nice meal after a long day of sun and sea. This complex is a favorite for families and well seasoned St Augustine travelers as it's well maintained and has great amenities and beautiful resort like grounds . 24 hour manned guard house for extra security at the complex.

You will have full use of the condo unit during your stay as well as the amenities at the condo complex. This is a second floor unit with elevator access in the building to make bringing luggage, beach toys and groceries easier !

Other things to note
St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet is a beautifully maintained condominium complex located in St Augustine Beach, with great amenities offered to guests. There are 5 jacuzzis on site as well as two beautiful pools (one heated during winter months). Four tennis courts, community grills, an onsite clubhouse (available for guest rental for special events), and two private community beach boardwalks to make beach access nice and easy! There is a 24/7 manned guard gate for extra security . Convenient and close to shopping, restaurants and historic downtown St Augustine !

There is a $25 per car per stay parking fee paid directly to the association prior to the checkin date. Instructions on doing this will be sent prior to checkin. Guest checking in must be a minimum of 23 years old per condo rules, ID is required to be shown to the guard at checkin to access the complex and parking pass .

Absolutely no smoking, no pets permitted per condo rules. No exceptions !

There is a distant ocean view from the balcony, but please note this unit is not direct oceanfront.

Saint Augustine Beach is a beautiful energetic beach town with lots of things to do . The beaches are beautiful, and the water is warm . You can see dolphins and go shelling or just sit around and relax as much as you want! If relaxing is only your part-time plan than you will not be disappointed! You can go shopping , or mini golfing , or grab a bite at one of the numerous great restaurants! Nightlife is fun all year round, and its a short trip to our historic downtown (15 min drive) with tons of restaurants and shops and tours you could spend a month here easily and not run out of things to do!
