Budget-friendly vintage condo-hotel located in the heart of Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. It is known for its prime, walk-to-everything location, situated just steps from the historic Ali'i Drive, Kailua Pier, and the Kona Inn Shopping Village. Close to Ironman start.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Small prep area with fridge, microwave, coffee maker ect.

The space
I live on the rainy Hilo side and this use to be my vacation spot..still is but now I own it! I want to share this beautiful place with others so they can be blessed as well. I can give you suggestions on food and activities please just ask.
This is a simple place with the BEST location!
-Located at the Kona Islander on Alii Dr &Kuakini Hwy.
-Just outside the back door to a refreshing pool/hot tub & bbq area, lit up by brilliant tiki torches at night.
-Walking distances to Kona’s best restaurants,shops, and bars. The Ironman startline, Swimming, snorkeling,& boat activities are located at the nearby pier.
-7 miles from the airport.

Note- Parking is first come, first serve. There are spots directly in front of our unit if available, but again not guaranteed. But there is always street parking if the lot is full.
Also car is optional here if you only staying a few days, you can walk everywhere!

Beach items available, please wash off sand before placing back. Use towels that are for the Beach.
Drying rack available for wet towels, please don't place on furniture or kitchen vanities.
Pack and Play for your little one available.
Coffee pot, toaster, a few glasses, plates bowls ect. to heat up food in our new microwave. Larger fridge and freezer for Costco runs.

Other things to note
See front desk for parking permit and card for pool access. Please note- there is no housekeeping unless you request through Airbnb. the cleaning is only before and after your stay. Front desk can not help you with this.

Please, be aware that this is Hawaii, it is tropical weather and all kinds of critters live here. We clean and spray our place inside and outside to prevent it. Please, don’t leave open food around...fridge is best!
