Welcome to your own private beachside retreat in beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea! This full-property rental includes all four units on the property, making it the perfect choice for families, groups, friends, extended stays, retreats, or anyone looking to enjoy the comfort of separate living spaces while still being together in one shared tropical setting.

The property features four individual units total: two studio units and two one-bedroom units. Each unit offers its own private entrance, comfortable sleeping arrangements, full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, giving every guest the convenience of having their own space while still enjoying the entire property together. This setup is ideal for groups who want privacy and flexibility, while still being able to gather by the pool, cook meals, relax outside, and enjoy the beach town atmosphere.

The two studio units are cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for guests who want an easy, relaxing stay. Each studio includes its own sleeping area, bathroom, seating space, and full kitchen, making them perfect for couples, solo travelers, or additional family members in the group. These units offer everything needed for a comfortable stay while keeping guests close to the rest of the property.

The two one-bedroom units provide a little extra space and privacy, each featuring a separate bedroom, full bathroom, living area, and full kitchen. These units are great for guests who prefer more room to unwind, longer stays, or families who want a bit more separation between sleeping and living areas. With all four units included, everyone can enjoy their own private space while still being just steps away from one another.

Outside, the backyard is one of the best parts of the property. Guests can enjoy a large pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or simply spending the afternoon relaxing in the Florida sunshine. Around the pool, there are lounge chairs where guests can lay out, read, tan, or enjoy a peaceful morning with coffee. The pool area also includes a relaxing sitting section where everyone can gather, talk, and enjoy the laid-back coastal atmosphere.

The backyard also includes a grill, giving guests the option to cook outdoors and enjoy casual meals by the pool. Whether it’s a family BBQ, an easy lunch after the beach, or a relaxing dinner outside, the outdoor space is designed for comfort and connection.

For added convenience, the property also offers an on-site laundry unit, making it especially helpful for longer stays, beach trips, families, or groups traveling with children. Guests will also have access to six parking spaces in the front of the property, making arrival and parking much easier for larger groups renting the entire space.

This full-property rental is perfect for guests looking to book the entire space and enjoy the comfort of four separate units, a beautiful outdoor pool area, full kitchens in every unit, on-site parking, laundry, lounge seating, and everything needed for a relaxing beach getaway.

Guest access
Guests renting the entire property will have access to the shared outdoor amenities, including the backyard pool area, lounge chairs, outdoor seating areas, on-site laundry room, Bluetooth speakers, outdoor TVs, and the outdoor kitchenette.

The outdoor kitchenette and built-in grill are available by approval only. Guests wishing to use these amenities must receive permission prior to use and provide a $400 refundable security deposit. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to properly operate the equipment. If you do not need the outdoor kitchenette, a smaller standalone grill is available for guests to use at no additional charge.

Guests will also have access to the on-site laundry room, which is especially convenient for longer stays, families, beach towels, and everyday laundry needs. The laundry area is located on the property for guest convenience.

The backyard features Bluetooth speakers throughout the outdoor area, allowing guests to enjoy music while relaxing by the pool, grilling, or spending time outside. Please keep music at a respectful volume, especially during quiet hours, as this is a peaceful beachside neighborhood.

The outdoor TVs are available for guests to enjoy while spending time in the backyard.

Please note that the fire pit is not available for guest use. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is currently under a no-burn order, so the fire pit must remain off at all times.

How far is the beach?
The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away. Our property is ideally located between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean.

Do you provide beach chairs and beach towels?
Yes! Beach chairs and a beach wagon are located on the side of the property behind Unit One. Beach towels are provided inside your unit’s bathroom.

Do I need a parking permit for the beach?
No permit is required since the beach is within walking distance. We also offer six parking spaces directly in front of the property. If you choose to drive into town, public parking meters are available.

Is the pool heated?
The pool is maintained at approximately 75°F for insurance regulations.

Do you have a hot tub or jacuzzi?
The spa must remain at the same temperature as the pool due to insurance regulations and is not operated separately as a hot tub.

Are pool towels and lounge chairs available?
Yes. Pool towels are provided in your bathroom, and lounge chairs are available in the outdoor pool area.

Do you have a BBQ grill and outdoor kitchen?
Yes.

A small BBQ grill is available for all guests to use.

Use of the large outdoor kitchen grill and cooktop requires prior approval from management and may require an additional deposit.

Do I need to bring extra linens or towels?
No. Your unit is fully stocked with linens, bath towels, and essentials. Additional items can be found in the linen storage areas.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes. Each kitchen includes cookware, pots and pans, a Keurig coffee maker, plates, cups, silverware, dish soap, paper towels, and basic condiments and spices. We kindly ask guests to replenish items after use if possible.

Are bathroom essentials provided?
Yes. Bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

All guests have access to the shared outdoor areas, which include:

Sun deck with lounge chairs and patio furniture

Weber BBQ grill (standard grill available to all guests)

Covered pergola seating area

Beach chairs and beach wagon (Must be returned daily after use)

Beach Haven is primarily reserved for registered guests. Private events such as weddings, gatherings, or celebrations may be permitted only with prior approval, full property booking, and additional event fees and deposits.
