The space
This space has a unique feeling. Most of the other units in the same property complex and beach are not directly on the beach. This unit is. You are right in the best spot for being entertained by the pool and the beach..and when you are done with the entertainment just close the curtains for the pool area and have your own unobstructed and private view of the Caribbean ocean..a one-of-a-kind view or once in a lifetime spot.

People have been returning to this romantic traveler's hot spot to re-experience the sounds and views of the ocean in your room from the bed even. The sound of the ocean is ferocious at times. The Ocean is so electric blue.

We are in between the ocean and a lagoon and there is weather that comes with that. All insect problems have been resovled and and furniture has been updated.

Other things to note
Punta Nizuc is the 2nd largest ecological reef in the world with many ocean explore. It is a 20 minute walk to Punta Nizuc. Crossing over and exploring Punta Nizuc is a great experience. Walk all the way to the end and discover the secret beach. There are 4 restaurants in the immediate area and within 5 minute walking distance as well as 2 convenience stores.

It is only 10 minutes from the airport and has multiple restaurants and stores within walking distance. There are two (2) large convenience stores across the street from Cancun Plaza and one (1) small stores on the property.

Pool-side and beach-side restaurant service and room service available.

Our beach officially named "PLaya Tucancun", is on the quite end of the hotel zone and attracts different kind of traveler. The Non-all inclusive traveler saves money in their budget for other activities such as tours and gifts.
